1. I just placed the order and the payment was successful. When will it be shipped?
Please allow 30 business days (Sometimes less than 30 days)  for processing and production time for your order to ship.

How long is the shipping time?
Orders will be shipped by "Take Send" international logistics company.
Average shipping time to Southeast Asian countries: 6-8 working days by air.
Average shipping time to American: 6-9  working days by air.
Average shipping time to Europe: 40-60  working days by rail way.
Average  shipping time to Australia: 60 working days by sea.
Due to law and religion regulations, we won't be able to sell our product in certain countries.


There are some uncontrollable circumstances (covid-19, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, some situations and delays may be experienced by our carriers. Therefore, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

2. Our company obtains the logistics order number and uploads it to the logistics order information page.

3. After the goods arrive at the customs of the importing country, the customer needs to fill in the personal information for customs declaration. If the customer needs to pay taxes and other taxes, the customs will release the imported goods after the customer pays the taxes.

4. The logistics company will deliver the imported goods to the customer's address within 2-3 days after the customs receives the imported goods, and the customer will sign for it after showing the original ID card.
