Dear customers, usually we don't support return or refund service due to we are a customozable store.
Every doll will be unique and only for you, so if you are not 100% sure that you want to take your dream love doll home,
we suggest you do not buy it for now, take your time, shop rationally.
The customizable love doll is very different from any other goods that you can buy it when you see it. In our case, after you place your order, it will take 15~19 days to make your doll and it will take around 10 days to ship, for some countries in Europe, it will take about 2 months. This progress cannot be shut down or reversed after it started, that's why we cannot accept refund or return for some SUBJECTIVE or REGRETIONAL reasons. From the moment you payed for our goods, you will be automatically recognized as accepting our terms and policies.
However, we do have AFTERCARE SERVICE. If the goods you received has some servere quality issue, then we can communicate with factory specialists via emails etc, if it is TRULY our fault, we will take our responsibility to offer you a nice and reasonable solution.

If we found out that someone intentionally COUNTERFEIT quality issue evidences only for get benefit, or spread fake information publicly,
we might start a LAWSUIT progress because our brand reputation was hurt and it caused us financial loss.
